Boy oh boy. Being a board member of a home owner’s association is SO not my wheelhouse.

I’ve been participating for one and a half year and it’s just energy drain, pain and thankless work. I will not be applying for a role in the board next election.

But I _will_ appreciate the work _good_ and _honest_ home owner’s association board members do. Unsung heroes.
